Dr. Lizzy Devadas

Dr. Lizzy Devadas is a Senior Gynaecologist and Obstetrician with over 30 years of clinical experience across India, Oman, and the UAE. She trained at Government TD Medical College in Kerala and completed her specialist qualifications (MD, DGO, and MRCOG) in India and the UK. She was Head of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sohar Hospital in Oman for 11 years, then worked as a Consultant at Al Ain Hospital for 12 years, managing a broad range of obstetric and gynaecologic cases.

Dr. Lizzy performs the full spectrum of obstetric procedures: normal vaginal delivery, vacuum and forceps-assisted delivery, and caesarean section. She has extensive experience in gynaecologic surgery, including open procedures such as hysterectomy, and minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and keyhole procedures (ovarian cyst removal, egg-tube removal, laparoscopic hysterectomy). She is also skilled in diagnostic and surgical hysteroscopy (examining and treating the womb lining).
