Dr. Rafique Memon

Dr. Rafique Memon is a Consultant Paediatrician and Specialist Neonatologist at Fakeeh Medicenters in Al Furjan and Jumeirah Park, Dubai. He brings over 15 years of clinical experience, including more than 11 years as a Specialist Neonatologist at NMC Specialty Hospital. He completed his MBBS at Government Medical College, Surat, and his MD in Paediatrics at SMIMER, India. He holds the MRCPCH certification from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK) and earned a Fellowship in Neonatology from Rainbow Children's Hospital, one of India's largest neonatal centres. He also holds the EPIC Diploma from the European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care.

Dr. Memon specialises in managing critically ill newborns and preterm babies in the neonatal intensive care unit. He performs neonatal resuscitation, ventilation support, neonatal ultrasounds (including heart and brain scans), and advanced invasive procedures. Beyond neonatology, he provides comprehensive paediatric care including developmental screening, vaccinations, child nutrition, and management of childhood infections, allergies, and asthma.

He takes a family-centred approach to NICU care and is recognised for his work in infant nutrition and developmental assessment. Dr. Memon is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kachchi, Urdu, and Memon, and actively mentors nursing and medical students in addition to clinical practice.
