Dr. Rafik Nabil Antoun Mikhael

Dr. Rafik Mikhael is a family medicine specialist with two decades of clinical experience across Egypt and the UAE. He holds an MBBCh and MD from Suez Canal University in Egypt, where he also served as an assistant lecturer and demonstrator in family medicine. His background includes roles as a resident in family medicine and technical director at Al-Salam Family Medicine Center before joining Aster Medical Centers in the UAE and now practicing at Medcare Dubai.

He has expertise in managing a wide range of common conditions affecting adults, including high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, respiratory infections, diarrhea, malnutrition, and obesity-related health issues. Dr. Mikhael takes a practical, evidence-based approach to primary care and preventive health, helping patients manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses in the outpatient setting.

He is fluent in Arabic and English, making him accessible to both local and expatriate patients in Dubai. He is an honorary member of the Egyptian Board Association. Outside of practice, he enjoys reading, sports, and music.
