Dr. Sarah Jayne Liley

Sarah is a specialist physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience assessing and treating muscle and joint injuries in both the UK National Health Service and private practice. She combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes and patient education to help people recover from injury, manage pain, and restore normal movement.

Sarah works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine and peripheral joints (shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles). Her evidence-based approach focuses on what research shows works best, always centring the patient's goals and helping them return to activities they enjoy. She is trained in Pilates instruction and uses this as part of her rehabilitation toolkit.
