Dr. Henry Galuba Jr

Dr. Henry Galuba Jr is an Internal Medicine consultant at Mediclinic Dubai with 23 years of clinical experience. He was the first accredited Filipino Internal Medicine specialist in the UAE, arriving in 2012. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University College of Medicine in the Philippines and completed four years of specialized Internal Medicine training at Baguio General Hospital & Medical Center, one of the largest training centers in the region. During his residency, he rotated through the Research Institute of Tropical Medicine, which deepened his knowledge of infectious disease management.

Dr. Galuba passed the Philippine Specialty Board of Internal Medicine in 2002 and worked as a consultant across multiple hospitals in the Philippines, where he also served as a Professor in the College of Medicine & Nursing. His main areas of focus include managing high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, gout, respiratory infections, heartburn and peptic ulcers, asthma, and allergies. He uses a comprehensive approach to prevent and manage chronic diseases before they lead to complications.

Since moving to Dubai, Dr. Galuba has built strong trust within the Filipino expatriate community across the UAE, serving patients from multiple emirates who value his communication skills and medical experience.
