Dr. Deepika Raina Shangloo

Dr. Deepika Raina Shangloo is a radiologist with nearly 20 years of diagnostic imaging experience, currently practising at Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital in Dubai. She completed her MBBS and postgraduate diploma in medical radiodiagnosis from Government Medical College, Jammu, India, followed by a national board certification in radiodiagnosis from Diwan Chand Aggarwal Imaging Centre in New Delhi. She holds a fellowship in cancer imaging from Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, one of India's leading cancer centres.

Dr. Shangloo is proficient across all radiological imaging modalities — ultrasound (including Doppler studies), CT, MRI, mammography, and conventional X-rays. She has particular expertise in breast imaging using ultrasound, mammography, and MRI, and specializes in pregnancy imaging (nuchal translucency scans, growth assessments, obstetric Doppler). She also provides gynaecological imaging for endometriosis, fibroids, and polycystic ovary syndrome, paediatric imaging including neonatal assessments, spinal and neuroimaging, and vascular ultrasound studies. Her research background includes work on breast MRI mammography and ultrasound breast elastography.

With extensive experience across major hospitals in New Delhi, Mumbai, and the UAE, Dr. Shangloo combines broad radiological knowledge with focused expertise in oncology and women's health. She is a member of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association and is well suited for patients needing detailed imaging interpretation, particularly in breast health, pregnancy complications, and cancer surveillance.
