He has held senior leadership positions including Head of Department and Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine, managing high-volume emergency departments and urgent care centres. His expertise spans emergency medicine, trauma management, resuscitation, and acute care across multiple clinical areas including orthopaedics, surgery, internal medicine, and paediatrics.

Dr Zia specializes in managing high-acuity emergency cases, trauma, and resuscitation while ensuring patient safety and operational efficiency. He is trained as an ACLS, BLS, and ATLS Instructor, actively involved in training and mentoring medical teams across emergency and critical care settings. His approach combines timely, compassionate emergency care with multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based clinical practice.
