Dr. Brajesh Mittal

Dr. Brajesh Mittal is an interventional cardiologist practising in Dubai with 20 years of clinical experience. He trained in India, completing his medical degree (MBBS) and specialist qualification (MD) at the University of Rajasthan, and has since earned fellowships from major international bodies including the American College of Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology, SCAI, and the Indian and Gulf heart associations. His career has spanned leading hospitals in New Delhi (Batra and Apollo), the Ministry of Health in Mauritius, and several centres in Dubai including Rashid Hospital and Garhoud Private Hospital.

Dr. Mittal specialises in invasive heart procedures, particularly coronary angioplasty (catheter-based treatment to unblock narrowed arteries), including complex cases. He also manages the full spectrum of heart conditions: acute heart attacks (especially STEMI, the most severe type), irregular heartbeats, heart failure, and blood-clotting disorders. Beyond intervention, he performs non-invasive diagnostic tests such as echocardiography (heart ultrasound), stress tests, ambulatory heart monitoring, and tilt-table testing to assess heart rhythm problems.
