Dr. Moutaz Elkhadri is a Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at Liv Hospital Dubai, with 28 years of clinical experience in advanced cardiac care. He trained at the University of Aleppo (Syria), University of Brighton (UK), and University of Liverpool (UK), where he earned a PhD in Cellular Electrophysiology. He has held leadership positions as Consultant Cardiologist at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Adjunct Associate Professor at Khalifa University.

Dr. Elkhadri specializes in cardiac electrophysiology—the study and treatment of heart rhythm disorders—and is skilled in both invasive and non-invasive techniques.
