Dr. Sara Yousif

Dr. Sara Yousif is a General Practitioner in the Infectious Disease Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Hospital Care Institute, where she manages patients with infections both as inpatients and in follow-up clinic visits. She brings 11 years of clinical experience across the UAE and Sudan, with particular training in tropical diseases from her residency at Omdurman Tropical Diseases Hospital.

Dr. Yousif earned her medical degree from Khartoum University in Sudan and completed additional specialist training in microbiology, achieving a master's degree from Griffith University in Australia. Throughout her career, she has worked in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and primary care, building broad experience in managing both acute and chronic infections. Her practice focuses on general infectious diseases, blood stream infections, HIV/AIDS, MRSA infections, and travel health assessment.

She is a fluent Arabic and English speaker based in Abu Dhabi and brings a comprehensive approach to infection management across different patient populations and care settings.
