Dr. Said Shahwan

Dr. Said Shahwan is a restorative dentist and implant specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience. He holds an M.Sc and higher dental diploma (H.D.D) in restorative dentistry from Baghdad University, Iraq, along with two specialist certificates in dental implants from institutions in Iraq and the UAE. He has been practicing in the UAE for over 13 years and currently works at Emirates Hospitals Group, having previously worked at Al Zahra Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Shahwan's clinical focus spans full-mouth rehabilitation, including root canal treatment and retreatment, ceramic restorations (fillings, inlays, onlays, and crowns), and tooth replacement with implants and bridges. He also provides cosmetic dentistry services such as smile design (Hollywood smile), veneers, lumineers, and professional teeth whitening, alongside routine oral surgery including tooth extraction and minor surgical procedures. He maintains a dedicated pediatric dentistry practice for children.

Dr. Shahwan is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the International Group of Oral Implantologists (IGOI), reflecting his commitment to evidence-based implant dentistry. He aims to deliver painless treatments with high patient satisfaction across a broad range of restorative and cosmetic cases.
