Dr. Nadarajah Kandaswamy

Dr. Nadarajah is a general physician with over 28 years of clinical experience in primary health care. He has worked with NMC Healthcare in Sharjah since 2009, building a career as a trusted doctor across India, the UK, Oman, and the UAE. He brings a global perspective to patient care combined with a commitment to evidence-based medicine and holistic patient well-being.

He diagnoses and manages a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions, from common infections and flu prevention through to long-term disease management. His approach emphasises quality, safety, and compassionate care for diverse patient populations.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Nadarajah serves as Medical Director at NMC, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, patient safety, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance. He remains actively involved in patient care while leading multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of service.
