Dr. Sona Ram Jaat

Dr. Sona Ram Jaat is a Specialist in Emergency Medicine with almost 10 years of clinical experience. He trained at AIIMS New Delhi, one of India's leading medical institutions, where he completed a 3-year MD specialization in Emergency Medicine followed by a year as Senior Resident managing a high-volume emergency department (ED) of approximately 800 patients per day. He has subsequently developed broad expertise across paediatric, adult, medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies at AIIMS Jodhpur and multiple Dubai hospitals including Zulekha Hospital and International Modern Hospital, where he served as Head of the Emergency Department.

Dr. Jaat manages the full spectrum of acute presentations—from trauma and cardiac emergencies to critical paediatric cases and severe injuries requiring advanced airway management and resuscitation. He has particular expertise in emergency ultrasound, disaster medicine, and mass-casualty management, and brings a teaching background from his residency at AIIMS, where he trained junior doctors. He holds ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification from the American College of Surgeons, MRCEM (Member of Royal College of Emergency Medicine) and is an AHA-certified ACLS and BLS instructor.
