Dr. Hiba Musharrafieh

Hiba is a Clinical Dietitian with over 15 years of experience in both hospital and outpatient nutrition services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's degree in Quality Management, and currently practices across Mediclinic's Dubai facilities including Parkview Hospital and two dialysis centres.

She provides inpatient dietary consultations for medical and surgical patients, with particular expertise in critical care nutrition and long-term dietary support during rehabilitation. In outpatient settings, she specializes in helping patients with kidney disease (especially those on dialysis) manage their diet, alongside supporting weight management and nutrition for various other medical conditions.
