Dr. Pratyush Dwivedi

Dr. Pratyush Dwivedi is a Specialist Neonatologist with over 7 years of experience managing extremely premature, very low birth weight, and critically ill newborns in high-acuity neonatal intensive care units. He trained in pediatrics and neonatology in India and holds both DM (Doctorate of Medicine in Neonatology) and DrNB (Diplomate of National Board in Neonatology) qualifications, demonstrating advanced clinical and academic preparation.

Dr. Dwivedi has broad expertise in advanced neonatal procedures—including breathing tube insertion, central line placement, and chest drain insertion—and specialized ventilation strategies for premature infants. He is trained in point-of-care ultrasound, allowing him to perform bedside heart and brain imaging, and in advanced newborn resuscitation. His clinical focus includes managing respiratory distress, sepsis, brain injury, bowel inflammation, heart problems, and feeding challenges in newborns, alongside hemodynamic monitoring and nutrition support.

He is committed to family-centered care, working closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams to support families through critical illness and long-term development. Dr. Dwivedi is an accredited trainer in neonatal resuscitation and actively pursues quality improvement in NICU practice.
