Dr. Dr.Habib Sammouh

Dr. Habib Sammouh is a Consultant Pediatrician at Al Zahra Hospital in Dubai, where he has worked for more than 10 years. He graduated from Damascus University as one of the top 10 medical students in his class, then trained in pediatrics at Damascus University before pursuing advanced specialization. He worked at the Children's Hospital in Damascus, a referral center for rare and complicated cases, before moving to France to study at Claude Bernard University in Lyon, where he trained at leading hospitals including Edouard Herriot and Lyon-Sud, and earned a certificate in prenatal medicine.

Dr. Sammouh brings extensive experience in pediatric intensive care (PICU), having worked as a consultant and head of department at King Fahd Hospital in Al Hufof, Saudi Arabia, for 6 years, where he managed critically ill children. He has broad expertise across general pediatrics, including immunization, respiratory infections, allergies, growth and development, and developmental disorders. In Dubai, he has held leadership roles as head of department and conference chairperson, organizing national and international pediatrics conferences while teaching residents and examining medical students at Al Sharjah University.
