Dr. Abhisheik Sivaraman

Dr Abhisheik Sivaraman is a Specialist in Paediatrics and Neonatology at Medcare Medical Centre, Motor City, Dubai. He holds an MBBS from Government Medical College Nagpur, an MD in Paediatrics from Lokmanya Tilak Hospital Mumbai, a DNB in Paediatrics from the National Board of Examination New Delhi, and a Fellowship in Neonatology from Bal Gopal Hospital Raipur. He is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and holds a postgraduate diploma in Paediatric Nutrition from Boston University, USA, plus additional training in newborn nutrition from Munich University, Germany. With over 10 years of clinical experience, he has worked at leading hospitals across India and the UAE, including Mediclinic Parkview and Zulekha Hospital Dubai before joining Medcare.

Dr Sivaraman's clinical expertise spans newborn intensive care, neonatal resuscitation, breastfeeding and lactation support, paediatric nutrition, immunization, and paediatric allergy management including asthma. He has demonstrated skills in newborn resuscitation protocols (NRP) and is proficient in managing both infectious and non-infectious childhood illnesses, acute and chronic conditions, and paediatric emergencies. He supervises growth and development screening, runs well-baby and vaccination clinics, and provides specialist follow-up care for premature infants discharged from neonatal units.

Dr Sivaraman is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, and Tamil, making him accessible to a diverse patient population. He is a member of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics and the National Neonatology Forum.
