Dr. Sana Kausar

Dr. Sana Kausar is an experienced family medicine specialist and aviation medicine examiner with more than 25 years of medical experience across the UK and the UAE. She has worked in the UAE for the last 15 years at leading healthcare facilities, combining general practice with specialist aviation medicine certification work. She is certified by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) to conduct medical examinations for aviation personnel.

As a family medicine practitioner, Dr. Kausar is often patients' first point of contact for general health concerns. She diagnoses and manages a broad range of medical issues across all ages and genders, with particular expertise in paediatrics, chronic disease management (such as diabetes and hypertension), mental health, dermatology, women's health, and travel health. In her aviation medicine role, she provides initial and reinstatement medical certifications for aviation crew and personnel.

Dr. Kausar is passionate about patient care and building strong physician–patient relationships to understand medical history and support diagnosis and treatment.
