Dr. Victoria Ann Mifsud

Dr. Victoria Ann Mifsud is a Staff Physician in the Neurology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Neurological Institute. She trained at the University of Malta and completed specialist residencies in both internal medicine and neurology in the United States, where she also trained in stroke medicine and clinical neurophysiology. Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, she was a Consultant Neurologist and Stroke Neurologist at King's College Hospital in London for over a decade.

Dr. Mifsud specializes in cerebrovascular disease and stroke care. She has extensive experience treating acute stroke, transient ischemic attacks (TIAs, or mini-strokes), and rare blood vessel conditions like Moyamoya disease. She is board certified by the American Board in Neurology, Vascular Neurology, and Clinical Neurophysiology, giving her expertise across general neurology, specialized stroke care, and electrical brain testing.
