Dr. Bashar Elgaali

Dr. Bashar Elgaali is an orthopaedic surgeon with 14 years of international experience across South Korea, Austria, Jordan, Sudan, and the UAE. He trained in orthopaedic oncology and reconstructive surgery in South Korea, and completed additional fellowship training in trauma and sports medicine through the AO (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Osteosynthese) in Austria. He also received specialized training in solutions for severe bone and joint defects in Germany. Dr. Elgaali now practices at Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital and Mediclinic Bawadi in Al Ain.

His clinical practice spans a broad range of orthopaedic procedures, with particular expertise in bone cancer surgery (orthopaedic oncology) involving wide excision, bone recycling, major reconstruction, and mega prosthesis fitting. Beyond oncology, he performs trauma surgery, joint replacement and revision surgery, arthroscopy (keyhole surgery), sports medicine procedures, deformity correction, limb lengthening, and paediatric orthopaedic surgery. He also specializes in hand and foot surgery, and manages complex orthopaedic complications.
