He served as Clinical Director of Vascular Services at Pennine Acute Hospitals in Greater Manchester, where he led the strategic integration of regional vascular services and oversaw the commissioning of a Hybrid Operating Theatre — a complex project that reflects his clinical vision and ability to deliver advanced care at scale.
