Dr. Alain Abdallah

Dr Alain Abdallah is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at King's College Hospital London – Dubai with extensive training across Europe and the Middle East. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the American University of Beirut, where he received the Best Resident Physician Award, and undertook fellowship training in minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynaecological surgery at CHR Citadelle in Liège, Belgium. He brings several years of clinical experience from both Dubai and Abu Dhabi to his current practice.

Dr Abdallah's clinical focus spans comprehensive women's health, advanced minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, and fertility care. He has particular expertise in managing complex pregnancies—including twins and multiples, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure in pregnancy, growth restriction, and recurrent miscarriage—as well as assisted reproduction and IVF pregnancies. He performs a wide range of keyhole and hysteroscopic procedures including fibroid removal, hysterectomy, endometriosis excision, and repair of uterine scarring, and offers 3D and 4D ultrasound scanning.

Dr Abdallah is recognized for combining advanced surgical technique with individualized care, prioritizing pain relief, fertility preservation, and long-term quality of life. He serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Gulf Medical University and participates in medical ethics committees and research in gynaecological endoscopy. His approach emphasizes clear communication, compassion, and patient availability, reflected in strong patient feedback.
