Dr. Omer Baldo

Dr. Omer Baldo is a consultant urological surgeon with 20 years of experience, trained through the prestigious Yorkshire School of Surgery and the All-Yorkshire Specialist Registrar training programme in Urology. He holds fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons in both Urology and England, and has been a consultant at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust since 2013. He is now based at Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi, where he continues his comprehensive urological practice.

Dr. Baldo's clinical expertise spans all areas of general urology, with particular depth in prostate conditions, kidney stones, and men's and women's urinary health. For enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia), he offers multiple minimally invasive surgical options including transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), green light laser prostatectomy, HoLEP laser surgery, Rezum, and UroLift procedures. He manages kidney stones using rigid and flexible ureterorenoscopy with laser fragmentation.
