Dr. Mouna Saidi

Dr. Mouna Saidi is a consultant anaesthetist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, with 19 years of clinical experience. She trained in the UK, earning her medical degree from the University of Southampton and dual certification in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and holds a postgraduate certificate in trauma science from the University of London, bringing specialized expertise in high-acuity care.

Dr. Saidi leads the Anaesthesia Trauma and Intensive Care Unit at SSMC, where she manages anaesthesia for emergency trauma, burns, and complex surgical patients including those undergoing neurosurgery and vascular procedures. Her qualifications and experience equip her to deliver anaesthetic care in the most demanding clinical situations, from routine operations to life-threatening emergencies.
