Dr. Mohamed Helal

Dr. Mohamed Helal is an Associate Staff Physician in the Critical Care Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Hospital Care Institute. He holds an MD from Mansoura University, Egypt, and a Master's degree in Critical Care Medicine from Alexandria University. With more than 17 years of experience in intensive care medicine, he has worked in tertiary hospitals across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, including senior roles at King Fahd Hospital of Dammam University and Tawam Hospital in Al Ain.

Dr. Helal specializes in managing critically ill patients across a wide range of conditions. He treats life-threatening illnesses including sepsis, pneumonia, heart failure, lung blood clots, and respiratory emergencies, and is experienced in deep vein thrombosis (leg blood clot) treatment. His work involves complex critical care procedures and managing patients through multi-organ failure and acute complications.
