Dr. Mark Lillywhite

Mark is a British-trained physiotherapist with 12 years of experience in the UK before moving to the UAE. He graduated in 2008 from the University of Teesside with a pre-registration Masters in Physiotherapy, following a degree in Sports Science. His background spans the NHS, private practice, and sports medicine, including work with England Ladies rugby.

Markspecializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries—muscle and joint aches, strains, and sports-related damage—across the upper limb, lower limb, and spine. He has particular expertise in knee, shoulder, and spinal problems, and is experienced in helping patients recover after surgery and return to sport. His approach combines detailed assessment and clinical reasoning to meet each patient's individual goals and aspirations.

He holds registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) in the UK, and is licensed by the DHA in the UAE. Mark takes a person-centred approach and believes in tailoring rehabilitation to each patient's needs and lifestyle.
