Dr. Edward Cody

Dr. Ed Cody is a family medicine consultant with over 15 years of clinical experience, including seven years in a senior consultant role. He graduated from the University of Dundee, Scotland, in 2010 and completed his residency in Belfast, Northern Ireland, earning his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2015. Since 2016, he has been Principal at one of Northern Ireland's largest family medical practices, where he manages patients from newborns to elderly, handling both acute and chronic conditions.

Dr. Cody treats a broad range of common and ongoing health problems: high blood pressure and diabetes, ear, nose and throat complaints, digestive conditions, infections, respiratory issues including coughs and colds, joint and muscle problems, headaches, dizziness, skin rashes and mole checks. He also brings seven years of experience in urgent out-of-hours care. In addition to clinical work, he qualified as an MRCGP trainer and has served as Clinical Lead for Mental Health within his Family Medicine Federation, mentoring junior doctors and shaping mental health services.

Dr. Cody emphasizes open communication and patient-centred care, believing that understanding each patient's concerns is essential to good outcomes. He works to international medical standards and is committed to managing both acute problems and long-term conditions in a holistic way.
