Dr. Nurain (Rain) Sim

Dr. Rain Sim is a UK-certified paediatrics consultant with over two decades of experience across both routine and complex paediatric cases. She graduated from Royal Free and University College London Medical School and trained at leading London teaching hospitals including Imperial College Healthcare, King's College, Royal London, and Great Ormond Street Hospital. She specialises in neonatology and paediatric critical care, with research experience in neonatal surgery and child neurodevelopment.

At her practice, Dr. Sim manages newborn care ranging from healthy babies to complex and premature infants, as well as paediatric emergencies and intensive care situations. She also provides general paediatric healthcare including vaccinations, management of chronic illness first presentations, and acute illness assessment. She has led quality improvement projects and high-fidelity simulation training programmes across emergency and critical care teams, and has held leadership roles establishing paediatric critical care units and directing training programmes.
