Dr. Kiron Krishnaprasad

Dr Kiron Krishnaprasad is a Specialist Urologist trained entirely in government hospitals across India, where he gained broad experience managing high patient volumes. He completed his MBBS in Pune, general surgery training in Mumbai, and specialist urology qualifications (MCh) in Kerala, finishing in 2023. He now practises at NMC Healthcare in Dubai, bringing both clinical expertise and a collaborative, patient-centred approach to urological care.

Dr Krishnaprasad's practice spans stone disease (including complex and staghorn stones), prostate conditions (prostatitis, enlargement, and cancer), and andrology — the treatment of male sexual and fertility problems. He performs both basic and advanced keyhole urology (flexible and rigid cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, percutaneous stone removal), open surgeries when needed (kidney removal, pyeloplasty for obstruction), and functional procedures (treatment for incontinence and urethral narrowing). He has also managed emergency trauma cases and urinary tract cancers.
