Dr. Hani Abdelrahim Abdelrazek

Dr. Hani Abdelrahim Abdelrazek is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Burjeel Hospital in Sharjah with over 14 years of clinical experience in both adult and pediatric neurosurgery. He completed his medical degree at Al Azhar University in 2007, followed by a Master's degree and PhD in Neurosurgery from Cairo University in 2018. Throughout his career, he has held consultant positions at leading government and private institutions in Egypt and has contributed to international scientific publications.

Dr. Abdelrahim's expertise spans a wide range of complex procedures. He specializes in skull base and pituitary surgery using minimally invasive approaches, brain and spinal tumor removal, spinal deformity correction (in both adults and children), and treatment of spinal trauma and infections. He also manages degenerative spine conditions across the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions using open, minimally invasive, and lateral surgical techniques. Additional skills include CSF shunt placement, spinal reconstruction, vertebral body replacement, and interventional pain management including multiple injection techniques for back pain.

Dr. Abdelrahim is a member of the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and the Egyptian Society of Neurosurgery. He completed the MINA SINO Diploma in 2021 to further advance his subspecialty training. He is fluent in English and Arabic and is well-suited for patients requiring complex neurosurgical care, whether for tumors, trauma, degenerative disease, or congenital spine conditions.
