Dr. Maciej Szwedowski

Dr. Maciej Szwedowski is a Consultant Urologist at Reem Hospital with 25 years of clinical experience. He holds an MD and PhD from Poland and is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He is Western Board certified and actively involved in leading professional associations including the European and Arab Urological Associations.

Dr. Szwedowski's clinical expertise spans men's health conditions including erectile dysfunction and low testosterone, kidney stones, prostate disorders, and urological cancers. He is particularly known for performing minimally invasive urologic procedures using advanced surgical techniques. Early in his career, he founded and led the One-Day Surgery Department of Urology at a major Polish university hospital where he worked as a Consultant. He has since built a strong presence across the UAE, working in top hospitals throughout Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and Ajman.

He is an experienced clinical researcher who has served as principal or co-investigator in ten clinical trials and has published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Szwedowski is fluent in English and Polish, making him accessible to a diverse patient population.
