Dr. Njideka Nto (Medical Director)

Dr Njideka Nto is a UK-trained family medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. She holds an MBBS from Abia State University and completed postgraduate training in the UK, earning her MRCGP (London) and Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She worked across multiple specialties in the UK's NHS—including internal medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, and emergency medicine—before practicing as a GP principal in the West Midlands, with additional international experience in Africa.

Dr Nto manages a wide range of conditions common in family medicine, particularly chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, COPD, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, and reflux disease. She also provides care for childhood infections, women's health services including contraceptive counselling, travel health advice, and preventive health checks. She is comfortable treating patients across all ages, from newborns through older adults, and believes in treating entire families as her patients.

She is passionate about patient education, health prevention, and community health. Dr Nto is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (London) and the American Association of Family Physicians, and holds the credential of Diplomate of the Faculty of Reproductive and Sexual Health.
