Dr. Maria Khan

Dr Maria Khan is a family medicine consultant with 16 years of clinical experience. She completed her medical degree in December 2007 and went on to train comprehensively in family medicine, general medicine and surgery, emergency care, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, geriatrics, and psychiatry. She holds membership in the Royal College of General Practitioners in London and is registered with the General Medical Council in England.

Dr Khan manages common and long-term illnesses in both children and adults, with a focus on overall health and wellbeing. Her areas of expertise include women's health, prenatal care, men's health, preventive health, and psychiatry. She takes a broad, holistic approach to family medicine, drawing on her diverse training background to address the full range of healthcare needs across the lifespan.

Prior to joining Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi, Dr Khan worked in various healthcare settings in the UAE and UK, where she held both clinical and leadership roles. She is available for consultation at Reem Hospital's Family Medicine Cluster on Thursdays and Fridays.
