Dr. Mariam AlHilli

Dr. Mariam AlHilli is Division Chair of Gynecology at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and a Staff Physician in the Integrated Surgical Institute. She previously served as Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and as a Staff Physician at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She trained at Mayo Clinic, one of the world's leading medical centers, completing both her residency and fellowship in gynecologic oncology.

Dr. AlHilli specializes in the comprehensive medical and surgical care of women with gynecologic cancer, including ovarian, uterine, cervical, and vulvar cancers. She has extensive experience managing high-risk patients with hereditary predisposition to gynecologic malignancies and is skilled in complex gynecologic surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and robotic surgery. She holds board certification in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.

With over 18 years of experience, Dr. AlHilli is dedicated to advancing women's health across the region. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Surgeons, and has published over 70 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She is well-suited for patients seeking expert care for gynecologic cancer or those with family histories of hereditary cancer syndromes.
