Dr. Ahmad Bashir Yagan

Dr. Ahmad Bashir Yagan is a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon at Emirates Hospitals Group in Abu Dhabi with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from Aleppo University in Syria and completed specialist training through the Syrian Ministry of Health. He holds certification from both the Syrian Board of Medical Specialties and the Arab Board in Orthopedics and Trauma, and obtained a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from Catholic University of Murcia, Spain. He has undergone advanced training at centers in the USA, Germany, and France.

Dr. Yagan treats a broad range of bone and joint problems, from acute injuries and complex trauma of the arms and legs to sports-related damage and children's orthopedic conditions. His clinical work includes arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery of the shoulder and knee, hand surgery, foot and ankle procedures, spine care, and regenerative injection therapies such as PRP and stem-cell treatments. He also performs musculoskeletal ultrasound assessment.

He is an international member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and fluent in English and Arabic. His experience spans major trauma and orthopedic hospitals across Syria, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
