Dr. Dalia Nagui Rizk

Dr. Dalia Nagui Rizk is an experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist with 13 years of clinical experience in both medication management and psychotherapy. She trained in psychiatry in Egypt, France, and the United Kingdom, and now practises at King's College Hospital London in Dubai. She holds a doctorate in psychiatry from Alexandria University, Egypt, where she previously worked as a lecturer, and completed advanced training in France, including a diploma in clinical psychiatry.

Dr. Rizk manages the full range of adult mental health conditions, from common issues like depression and anxiety to more complex cases including bipolar disorder, psychotic illnesses, trauma, eating disorders, and psychiatric emergencies. She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and is accredited in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), evidence-based psychological treatments that complement her medical expertise. She also holds specialist accreditation in aeromedical psychiatry from the UAE aviation authority.

She has particular expertise in women's mental health, including perinatal psychiatry (mental health around pregnancy and childbirth), personality difficulties, sexual and relationship concerns, and eating disorders. Dr. Rizk is involved in clinical teaching and regularly presents at national and international conferences. She is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
