Dr. Sura Maher Mahdi

Dr. Sura Maher is a general practitioner at Mediclinic Khalifa City Medical Centre in Abu Dhabi. She graduated from the College of Medicine at AL Mustansiriyah University in 1994 and later earned her Master's degree in Pathology from the College of Medicine at Baghdad University. She holds additional professional credentials in Hospital Management and Total Quality Management.

With approximately 20 years of clinical, teaching, and medical quality experience, Dr. Maher has worked across hospitals, clinics, and universities in Iraq and the UAE. Her core areas of focus include disease pathology and management, with particular expertise in cancer screening and early detection. This combination of general medicine training and pathology knowledge allows her to approach patient care with attention to underlying disease processes and prevention.
