Dr. Ravi Sundaram

Dr. Ravi Sundaram is a consultant cardiologist specializing in interventional cardiology, with over 20 years of clinical experience. He completed his cardiology specialization with a gold medal from Southern Railway Hospital in Chennai, India, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from Escorts Heart Institute in New Delhi. He has been practising cardiology across India and Dubai for more than seven years.

Dr. Ravi has performed over 4,000 coronary angiograms and interventions, with particular expertise in treating acute heart attacks, managing heart rhythm problems, and handling complex coronary interventions. He is skilled in a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including stress testing, pacemaker implantation, and cardioversion (electrical treatment for irregular heartbeats), as well as managing peripheral blood vessel disease.

He is widely published in his field and maintains active membership with the Cardiology Society of India. His approach focuses on managing acute cardiac emergencies and heart failure with evidence-based interventional techniques.
