Dr. Laith Anani

Dr. Laith Anani is an Associate Staff Physician in the Hospital Medicine Program at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Hospital Care Institute. He trained in Jordan, obtaining his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Irbid and completing his residency in internal medicine at The Specialty Hospital in Amman, where he served as Chief Resident. He brings over a decade of clinical and leadership experience, having worked at Royal Hospital in Amman where he supervised the ICU and progressed to Assistant Medical Director.

Dr. Anani has experience managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions in hospital and emergency settings, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, thyroid disorders, and abdominal pain. Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he worked as a locum physician at SKMC Abu Dhabi treating complex COVID-19 cases, and served part-time as a physician examiner for internal medicine residents at the Ministry of Health in Jordan.

He is well-suited for patients seeking care from a physician with strong foundational internal medicine training, significant ICU experience, and exposure to acute hospital emergencies. Dr. Anani is fluent in both English and Arabic.
