Dr. Muhammad Haris

Dr. Muhammad Haris is a Consultant Periodontist at HealthPoint in Abu Dhabi, joining in March 2022. He brings 12 years of clinical experience in periodontics, trained initially in Pakistan and extensively across the United States. He graduated from Baqai Medical & Dental College in Karachi with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery in 2007, then completed specialist training at the University of Pennsylvania's Robert Schattner Center, earning a Certificate of Residency in Periodontics and a Master's degree in Oral Biology.

Dr. Muhammad treats a wide range of periodontal conditions including gum disease, bone loss, and gummy smile. He performs advanced surgical procedures such as bone grafting, gum grafting, osseous (bone) surgery, dental implants, sinus lifts, crown lengthening, and full-mouth rehabilitation. He is particularly experienced in extracting teeth and taking biopsies to diagnose oral conditions.

He is board-certified by the American Academy of Periodontology and a member of the American Dental Association. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Muhammad is committed to community care, having treated over 4,500 underprivileged patients through the GADAP Town Project and volunteered at relief camps for disaster victims.
