Dr. Mayada Elnegouly

Dr. Mayada Elnegouly is a German board-certified consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist with more than 18 years of clinical and academic experience. She holds the rank of Assistant Professor and has trained extensively in leading university hospitals in Cairo and Munich before establishing her practice in the UAE. Her background combines rigorous specialist training with research credentials, positioning her to manage both common and complex digestive and liver conditions.

Dr. Elnegouly offers a broad range of diagnostic and treatment options, from routine upper and lower endoscopy to advanced keyhole procedures such as removing large polyps without surgery (EMR), treating bleeding ulcers and varices, and placing feeding tubes. She has particular expertise in fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver conditions, and care of transplant patients. She also manages inflammatory bowel disease with modern biologic medications, treats reflux disease, and coordinates multidisciplinary cancer care for gastrointestinal cancers.
