Dr. Abdulkadir A. Salhan

Dr. Abdulkadir A. Salhan is a Staff Physician in the Hospital Medicine Program at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Hospital Care Institute. He trained in Italy and the United States, completing his medical degree at the University of Florence and his residency in internal medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington DC. He also completed a fellowship in geriatrics at George Washington University.

Dr. Salhan has over two decades of experience in hospital medicine and internal medicine, with a significant portion of his career spent at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Virginia. He manages a range of common medical conditions including pneumonia, diabetes, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and carotid artery disease. His clinical focus spans acute hospital-based care and the medical needs of older patients.
