Dr. Sujata Warhekar

Dr. Sujata is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Mediclinic Middle East with over 36 years of clinical experience. She trained in India for her basic medical qualification and postgraduate master's degree, then underwent further specialist training in the UK, where she became a member and fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, London. Before joining Mediclinic, she spent seven years as a consultant and head of department at one of Dubai's largest government hospitals, where she developed deep expertise in treating diverse patient populations, including UAE nationals and Arabic-speaking expatriates.

Dr. Sujata specializes in managing both uncomplicated and high-risk pregnancies, as well as medical and surgical treatment of gynaecological conditions. Her areas of focus include medical disorders in pregnancy, high-risk obstetric care, fibroids, endometriosis, prolapse, urinary incontinence, and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures such as hysteroscopy and colposcopy. She also runs dedicated clinics for cervical cancer screening, hormone replacement therapy, family planning, and infertility investigations.
