Dr. Hajra Adil

Dr Hajra Adil is a UK board-certified Consultant in Family Medicine who qualified in 2014 through the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex (KSS) Deanery. She holds her medical degree (MBChB) from the University of Leeds and has built extensive clinical experience across diverse UK healthcare settings, including urgent care services at Charing Cross Hospital. She also brings valuable international experience from her time at Raffles Medical Centre in Singapore, where she developed a broad perspective on primary and acute care.

Dr Hajra manages the full spectrum of family medicine—from acute issues like infections and headaches to chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and heart disease. She has particular expertise in women's health, menopause and perimenopause care, contraception, and fertility screening. Her approach to menopause is comprehensive, spanning lifestyle management through to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), tailored to each woman's individual circumstances. She also manages children's common concerns, men's health issues, skin conditions, and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

Dr Hajra takes a holistic, evidence-based approach and is deeply committed to empowering patients to understand and manage their own health. She is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and best-practice care. She writes regularly on health topics and is a passionate medical educator.
