Dr. Mai M Ismaiel

Dr. Mai is a Consultant Anaesthetist with extensive experience progressing from trainee to consultant level at a large teaching hospital in Cairo. She holds a medical degree from Cairo University and advanced qualifications including a Master's degree and PhD in Anaesthesia, Surgical Intensive Care and Pain Management. Her career has been built on providing safe, advanced anaesthetic care across diverse surgical procedures for both children and adults.

Dr. Mai's special interest in paediatric anaesthesia developed through her Master's and PhD research, followed by over 10 years working in dedicated obstetric and paediatric surgical centres.
