Dr. Arshad Ghori

Dr. Arshad Ghori is a Staff Physician in the Anesthesiology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, bringing 24 years of clinical experience in anesthesia and critical care. He trained in cardiothoracic anesthesia at the prestigious Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge and spent 14 years as a Consultant at London's Royal Brompton Hospital, where he held leadership roles including College Tutor and Clinical Director of Anesthesia.

Dr. Ghori's expertise centers on anesthesia for complex cardiac and aortic procedures, with particular skill in minimally invasive cardiac surgery techniques. He was the lead anesthetist for complex aortic surgery at Royal Brompton Hospital and coordinated an international collaborative aortic program between that hospital and Ain Shams University in Cairo. His practice encompasses anesthesia for thoracic procedures and critical care management of high-risk cardiac patients.

He trained in India before undertaking specialist anesthetic residency in the UK's competitive North Trent program, followed by advanced fellowship training.
