Dr. Muhammad Alatrash

Dr. Muhammad Alatrash is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with over seven years of clinical experience in the UAE. He is Arab Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and has also obtained specialist qualification from the Syrian Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Alatrash trained at Damascus University and brings extensive hands-on surgical expertise to his practice at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Alatrash has performed and assisted in more than 500 surgical procedures, with particular strength in complex joint replacements (hip and knee), fracture and trauma management, and sports-related injuries. He is skilled in minimally invasive techniques such as knee arthroscopy, meniscus repair, and ACL reconstruction, as well as foot and ankle surgery including hallux valgus (bunion) correction. He holds advanced certifications in trauma care and fracture principles from the AO (Swiss) Foundation.
