Dr. Emad Abdel Gayed Moussa

Dr. Emad Abdel Gayed Moussa is a consultant radiologist with extensive training in diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities. He graduated from Alexandria University in 2003 with a Master's degree in Radiology, followed by clinical experience in university hospitals focusing on cross-sectional imaging and general radiology. He completed his MD in Radiology in 2010 and obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) through the Royal College of London. His postgraduate training included rotations at Harefield Hospital in London and the Berlin Heart Institute in Germany.

Dr. Moussa has specialized expertise in cardiac imaging using advanced technologies including cardiac CT and cardiac MRI scans. He also interprets images for brain conditions (neuroimaging) and cancer-related imaging (oncology imaging). Since joining Mediclinic in 2007, he has played a key role in developing the diagnostic radiology department at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital and introducing state-of-the-art cardiac imaging technologies to the facility.

He is well-connected professionally through memberships in the Royal College of Radiologists (London), the American Society of Cardiac CT, the American Society of Cardiac MRI, and the European Society of Radiology. Dr. Moussa has contributed to the radiology literature with multiple publications in internationally recognized journals.
