Dr. Saeed Al Thani

Dr. Saeed Al Thani is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Mediclinic City Hospital and Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital with over 32 years of clinical experience. He earned his MBBS from King Faisal University (Dammam) in Saudi Arabia in 1993, then completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Toronto, Canada, followed by advanced fellowships in hand surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and joint reconstruction. He is President of the Emirates Orthopedic Society and Chairperson of the UAE AO Chapter, and serves on the Arab Board Orthopedic Examination Committee.

Dr. Al Thani treats a wide range of conditions from early cartilage injury through to joint replacement, with particular expertise in shoulder, elbow, and knee procedures. He specializes in managing arthritis in both younger, active patients and older adults, combining innovative surgical techniques with non-surgical solutions.
