Dr. Fadhil Hussein Ghayb Al Rubaye is a Consultant in Paediatric Cardiology at Zulekha Hospital, Dubai, with over 10 years of clinical experience. He trained at the Ibn Albitar Cardiac Centre in Baghdad, where he completed fellowships in general paediatrics and paediatric cardiology, and holds a diploma in paediatric cardiology from Madrid. He previously served as Head of Paediatric Cardiology at Dubai Hospital Cardiac Center and worked at Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital, gaining expertise across the full range of paediatric cardiac care.

Dr. Al Rubaye is skilled in both diagnostic and interventional approaches to childhood heart disease. His technical expertise includes cardiac catheterisation (diagnostic and therapeutic), echocardiography, ECG and Holter monitor interpretation, exercise stress testing, and management of congenital and acquired heart conditions. He also manages complex cases in paediatric and neonatal intensive care, supports other hospital departments with cardiac assessments, and is qualified to certify fitness for surgery, school attendance, travel, and anaesthesia.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Al Rubaye is a clinical adjunct assistant professor at Dubai Medical College and Mohammed Bin Rashid University, contributing to medical education and research. He is an active member of leading international cardiac associations and speaks English and Arabic.
